•• Are Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab and Black Phoenix Trading Post the same thing?

Black Phoenix Trading Post is the licensed creator and distributor of the Lab's tees and perfume accessories. We are strongly affiliated with the Lab, but are not the same company.

•• Can I order Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab oils through the Trading Post?

No, products from the BPAL catalogue cannot be ordered through the Trading Post. From time to time we will be offering limited editions and specialty oils of theirs on our site.

•• Where do you ship?

We now ship to the US, Canada, Western Europe and Australasia. Domestic US shipment and payment info is detailed elsewhere; the following only pertains to orders placed outside of the US:

Due to the limitations of our current credit card processing system we can only accept PayPal for any orders placed outside of the United States, Canada included. Please email Tedwin directly with your order information [so that we can approximate the weight and figure out specific shipping costs] and he will get back to you as quickly as possible. All prices are in US dollars, and thus: all payments must be made using US dollars.

•• What methods of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept payments via credit card through our web site, PayPal, and checks and money orders.

•• Pray tell, how much is domestic shipping?

Shipping is calculated by weight. Each tee weighs approximately ½ lb, and the hoodies weigh approximately 2.5 lbs. The scale is as follows:

Orders weighing up to 1 lbs: $7.50
Orders weighing up to 2 lbs: $10.00
Orders weighing up to 4 lbs: $15.50
Orders weighing up to 6 lbs: $19.00
Orders weighing up to 7 lbs: $22.50
7 lbs + : $30.50

Shipping is free for all orders that exceed $500.00.

We ship via USPS Priority.

All sales are final. No refunds are offered, but if a garment does not fit, we will be glad to exchange the top, provided that it is unworn and in clean, resellable condition, provided that the customer pays the shipping cost. Please remit payment via PayPal or send a check for the shipping charge along with the garment when making exchanges.
